This digital download policy (the "Policy") applies to all digital products and services (the "Products") provided by My Life On A Stick (the "Company"). The Products are digital files, specifically life stories in the form of audio recordings, photographs, documents and videos, that can be downloaded or streamed, which will be delivered to you.

The payment process is secure, and the customer's information is kept confidential and protected.
Upon receipt of payment, the Product will be made available for download or stream.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of the Products, refunds are only available in the case of defective products or if there is any error in the content. In such cases, the customer should contact the Company's customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product, and the company will replace the product.
